Purpose
These terms govern access and use of Glimmer, a SaaS platform developed by Itsglimmer S.L., available through digital subscription.
Access to the Service
Access to the platform is by invitation or after subscribing. A 14-day free trial is available. After that, access requires an active monthly or annual subscription.
User Registration
In version 2.0, authorized users from client companies may create accounts and manage access internally. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
Use of the Service
It is forbidden to use the service for unlawful purposes, to distribute harmful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems. Violations may result in suspension or cancellation of access.
Subscriptions and Payments
All plans are managed via the website and renew automatically unless canceled beforehand. Corporate clients may sign custom contracts directly with Itsglimmer S.L.
Intellectual Property
The software, algorithms, design and generated content are the exclusive property of Itsglimmer S.L. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Liability
Itsglimmer S.L. does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service but will make reasonable efforts to ensure optimal performance. The company is not liable for business decisions made based on the content provided.
These terms are governed by Spanish and EU law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory jurisdiction applies otherwise.
